Email support@kaunnect.com for help with your account, sign-in, verification or anything else. We usually reply within 24 hours. In the app: Profile → Account & privacy → Contact support.

Report someone or something

In the app, tap Safety in any hello, reveal or chat, the menu on a wall post, or a person’s card in a room, then Report. Our team reviews every report within 24 hours. If someone appears to be under 18, choose “Appears under 18”. If you are in danger, call 112.

Block someone

Block from the same Safety menu. They can no longer reach you in mysteries, hellos, chats or rooms. Manage blocks in Profile → Account & privacy.

Delete your account

Profile → Account & privacy → Delete account, or see how to delete without the app.

Download your data

Profile → Account & privacy → Download my data.

Grievance Officer
